Data processed, purposes and legal bases
- Technical server logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser): security and proper working of the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest. Retention: 12 months at most.
- Your exchanges with us by telephone or email: to reply to you and prepare your orders. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, or steps taken before an order. Retention: for as long as it takes to deal with your request, then 3 years at most.
- Google Maps map: to show the map for getting here. Legal basis: your consent.
The site has no accounts or forms and does not sell any data.
Recipients and transfers outside the European Union
Your data is accessible only to SOPRACA BIS and its technical providers: Cloudflare, Inc. for delivering and protecting the site, and Google LLC when you accept the Google Maps map. These companies may process data in the United States. They adhere to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.
